People's Choice Awards 2022: confira a lista completa com os vencedores

Na noite desta terça-feira, dia 6 de dezembro, ocorreu uma das premiações mais disputadas da atualidade, sendo reconhecida mundialmente, People 's Choice Awards.

O evento é organizado para prestigiar grandes personalidades, através do voto popular, que se destacam na TV, filmes, música e na internet ao longo do ano, somando 40 categorias. Ele aconteceu no Barker Hangar em Santa Monica, Califórnia.

A cerimônia foi apresentada por ninguém menos que o ator e comediante norte americano Kenan Thompson, pelo segundo ano consecutivo. Inclusive, o mesmo concorreu em uma das categorias por seu trabalho no programa de comédia Saturday Night Live.

E na edição deste ano os destaques foram para artistas como Ryan Reynolds, Lizzo e Shania Twain.

Ryan foi homenageado com o troféu Icon Award por suas contribuições à indústria do entretenimento nos últimos 30 anos, além de ser indicado a duas outras categorias:

Lizzo também não ficou pra trás e foi indicada em seis categorias: Melhor Reality Show de Competição de 2022, Melhor Artista Feminina de 2022, Melhor Canção de 2022 (venceu com “About Damn Time”), Melhor álbum de 2022 e Melhor Celebridade de 2022 nas Redes Sociais. Vale destacar que ela foi premiada com a estatueta de Champion Award por seu impacto na música e na TV, além de seu compromisso em lutar pela diversidade e inclusão.

Por fim, e não menos importante, a artista canadense, com quase 40 anos de carreira, Shania Twain, levou o prêmio de Ícone da Música. Ela também se apresentou no evento com um medley com seus melhores hits. O People 's Choice Awards de 2022 marca o retorno de Shania Twain à premiação desde 2005.
